There are several flea markets in the Jo'burg area including: Harbour Flea Market at the Randburg Waterfront, Flea Market World at Bruma Lake, Rooftop Market in the Rosebank Mall, Rivonia Flea Market and the City Flea Market next to Museum Africa.

There are no less than 30 golf courses to choose from. Close to us you will find: The Wanderer's, Parkview Golf Club and for the not-so-serious golfers "Adventure Golf", SA's No. 1 put-put course.
MICROLIGHTING and PARAGLIDING
The Magaliesberg Mountains situated 55km North West of Jo'burg is world famous for its thermal updrafts and very popular amongst Microlighting and Paragliding enthusiasts. A ride in a cable car takes you up to the summit from where you get a spectacular view of the Magaliesberg Valley and Hartbeespoort Dam.
HORSE RIDING
Put your equestrian skills into practice and head for the hills or catch a show at the Lipizzaner Centre.
HORSE RACING
Friday night is race night at Turfontein Race course. Place your bets and pay for your stay with your winnings.
ARTS AND CRAFTS RAMBLES
There are two Arts and Crafts routes to follow, around Jo'burg. The first; traces the path of the Crocodile River from Northern Jo'burg to the North West Province and the Magaliesberg Mountains. En route you can visit artists and their galleries. There are numerous country restaurants where you can stop off and sample some traditional African food or a dish from one of the many European immigrants who have settled in this area. The Second; follows the Vaal River south to the Vaal dam.
